All our units are registered and inspected by the Enviromental Health Department and given a certificate.
We carry all necessary Insurance polices, Public Liability, Product Liability and Employers Liability. With cover of £5 million and £10 million respectively.
All our uniformed food handlers are trained and have passed their Health & Hygiene certificates.
All our Gas appliances are passed with certificates issued by a Corgi Registered Engineer.
All our Electrical appliances are PAT tested by a registered Engineer.
We are members of NCASS Nationwide Catereres Association (formerly MOCA)
We are operating a written HACCP system and are trained in its use.
We can provide up to date risk assessments for all our units.
